First District Association, a Minnesota dairy cooperative, operates an on-site Pathogen Lab. The Microbiology Associate will be responsible for all tasks in the pathogen lab, from sample receipt to handling, maintaining sample integrity and chain of custody, and supporting quality assurance for dairy products sourced from our family farms.
You will work closely with the lab team to ensure accurate testing and timely reporting, contributing to safe, high-quality products.
