Lead the restaurant operations and build a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience;
Schedule and deploy the Team correctly; monitor the performance of each Team Member and hold them accountable for standards and expectations;
Maintain point of sale system by reporting all system failures and verifies download accuracy (e.g. pricing updates, menu changes);
Sourcing, hiring, and developing excellent Team Members; conducting New Hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire;
Represents Border Foods in handling customer complaints and/or issues; demonstrating a sincere approach and desire to find an effective solution
