** Job objective:
** The Convenience Store Associate will ensure proper and efficient store operations during the assigned shift to support the achievement of the site’s business goals.

* Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Greet, assist and thank every customer.
* Assist with established daily operating procedures to ensure interior and exterior of the site is in accordance with NuWay-K&H Cooperative brand and image standards.
* Assist with ensuring all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly and displayed in a safe manner.
* Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
* Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
* Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.## Qualifications
