Deli Clerk (Back of House) – Uncle Giuseppe’s Store, Ramsey, NJ
Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace is seeking a part‑time Deli Clerk to work in our busy deli kitchen. The role involves filling orders, preparing salads, and assisting with all back‑of‑house activities to keep our deli running efficiently.
Responsibilities- Work in the back kitchen, filling orders and preparing salads
- Assist with other deli duties as required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience working in a deli, with knowledge of preparing meats and cheese
- Experience making deli salads

Working Conditions- Physical activity: moving continuously on hard surfaces; bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping

- Indoor environment with machinery and loud equipment; exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, coolers; occasional exposure to cleaning agents
