Lids - 615 Northtown Drive - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when the Store Manager is not present;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right for customers;
Maintain the look and feel of the store through merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness
