You will supervise Shift Leaders and Store Associates, hire/train staff, and ensure exceptional donor/customer service. Starting salary is $23.44 per hour.
This role requires leadership, budget oversight, and adherence to safety and SOPs, with opportunities for growth within Goodwill’s programs and Rise initiative.
