District Sales Manager – Remote
Reports To: Regional Vice President of Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Remote (Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska)
Travel: Up to 75% outside normal work location.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, identifying and meeting prospective agents regarding Pro Ag's insurance offerings.
- Drive additional business through agency visits, social events, trade shows, and correspondence.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for existing and new business within Minnesota and surrounding states.
- Maintain a database of current and prospective agents.
- Serve as primary relationship owner, trusted advisor, and point of contact for assigned agent accounts.
- Become subject-matter expert on Pro Ag's products, business, and applications; stay updated on industry trends.
- Understand Crop Insurance and Pro Ag's Standard Reinsurance Agreement.
- Monitor competitor and industry trends to identify marketplace changes.
- Collaborate with internal resources to prepare and deliver training or educational events with regional training staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
- Perform other relevant duties and projects as assigned.
- At least two years of sales experience; crop insurance experience preferred.
- Exceptional communicator with facilitation skills and ability to manage cross-functional interactions.
- Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to insurance.
- Ability to work independently, drive to achieve organizational goals, and build trust with key stakeholders.
- Travel willingness: up to 75% outside normal location.

PayTransparency
The pay range for this position is $75,000–$95,000, inclusive of geographic adjustments where applicable. Compensation will be offered within this range based on qualifications, experience, education, and skills.
