Be our first dedicated seller. Own the full cycle — prospecting through close — sell a product you will use to coach yourself, and help build the playbook the next ten reps run. High autonomy, real equity, uncapped commission.
What you'll do- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close mid-market and SMB accounts.
- Run live demos that show the coach catching a real objection on a real call.
- Build and refine the founding sales playbook — messaging, process, and what converts.
- Partner with product and feed the roadmap with what prospects actually need.
- Hit and exceed pipeline and revenue targets with minimal hand-holding.
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of consistently hitting quota.
- Full-cycle closing experience, including self-sourced pipeline.
- Excellent discovery and demo skills; you sell value, not features.
- Comfort in an early-stage, build-as-you-go environment.
- Coachable and metrics-driven — you eat your own dog food.
- Sold sales tooling, conversation intelligence, or revenue tech.
- Experience as an early/founding rep at a startup.
- A network in sales-led organizations.
Our process has a few stages — it's a real role, so we take it seriously on both sides:
- Intro call with the hiring manager — the role, your background, and what you want next.
- Team conversations — meet the people you'd work with day to day.
- A practical exercise drawn from real work — no whiteboard puzzles, no weekend-eating take-homes.
- An on-site visit to our Saint Paul office to meet the team in person.
- Final conversation and references, then an offer.
