Green Home Solutions is the only national company built specifically around indoor air quality and mold remediation, locally owned and operated in the Twin Cities. We're looking for an experienced Inspector who's ready to combine technical assessment skills with a consultative sales approach and get paid well for it.

• Conduct home inspections for mold and indoor air quality issues
• Evaluate mold investigations and identify potential risks
• Write clear, professional inspection reports that explain findings and next steps
• Build job quotes and walk clients through recommended solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client conversation to closed job, and meet assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Deliver a client experience that earns trust and repeat referrals

• 2+ years performing home inspections, mold inspections, or fire/water/restoration inspections. Will train the right candidate with strong related experience
• Experience with fire, water, or other restoration inspections is highly valued
• CRIE certification preferred; other IAQ certifications considered
• Strong report writing and data interpretation skills
• Working knowledge of construction and building science
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline: following up promptly, asking the right questions, and handling objections professionally
• Excellent interpersonal skills. You build rapport easily with clients and teammates alike
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a variable daily schedule
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Professional appearance and a positive, self‑motivated attitude
