Financial Advisor – Trainee

• Prepare for and obtain key financial licenses
• Build consultative sales and relationship-management skills
• Engage directly with clients and prospective clients
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Complete ongoing training to master products, tools, and client service
• Progress into the Client Support Associate role after obtaining required licenses
• Shadow client meetings
• Learn how financial plans are developed
• Expand understanding of financial products and solutions
• Develop client-facing and advisory skills through mentorship and coaching
• Progress into a Financial Advisor role leading client relationships and developing financial strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• Commitment to obtaining required licenses
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree
• Preferred experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military service, or other client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, or build trust with others
• Coachable, resilient, and motivated to achieve results
• Interest in financial services and helping clients reach their goals
• Applicants must have valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
