Performing planned maintenance on restaurant equipment including but not limited to:
Kitchen equipment, Service equipment, Ice machines, HVAC, Coolers, Freezers, Plumbing, Soda stations;
Completing basic repairs / replacement of equipment parts, filters, O-rings, gaskets etc.;
Following the McDonald's planned maintenance calendar and sign off on completed tasks in each restaurant;
Troubleshooting equipment to look for opportunities;
Detail cleaning of equipment and restaurant interior and exterior
