Telecom Aerial Foreman

At Tel Com Construction, LLC, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the on‑site expert, offering guidance and support to less experienced team members.

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely use equipment such as bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and smooth traffic flow while on the job.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Age 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certification as a pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Preferred: CDL Class “A” driver license.

• Routinely work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces, and alone in remote locations.
• Operate vehicles and heavy machinery, use ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
• Occasionally use keyboard and mouse.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
