Role Overview

Service Center Technician – Blaine, MN

Join Caliber’s collision repair team to repair fenders, frames, and panels using modern equipment, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs accurately.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Execute panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
• Conduct quality reassembly and final touches for fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Minimum of two years of experience in collision repair.
• Strong frame and structural knowledge; able to pull, straighten, and square chassis.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to proper tightening and weld quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude and effective collaboration skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
