Internal Service Technician

Position Description

The Internal Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime. This role utilizes advanced troubleshooting techniques, preventative maintenance practices, and repair expertise to support production and customer equipment needs. The Internal Service Technician works independently to identify issues and document service activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting
  :
  Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and interpret technical schematics to identify mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures.
• Preventative Maintenance
  :
  Conduct routine inspections, oil changes, part replacements, and calibrations to minimize equipment downtime and prevent sudden breakdowns.
• Field Repairs
  :
  Disassemble faulty parts, replace broken components, and test machinery to restore full operational functionality. Occasional travel is needed.
• Documentation
  :
  Log detailed visit reports outlining the scope of work, materials used, parts replaced, and future maintenance recommendations.
