Monday-Friday Day hours!! No nights or weekends. Great for individuals who can only work limited hours or can not work all days of the week!

On-Call position rate of pay is 16.25 per hour.

Our On-Call positions work hours that fit their schedule! As our staff need time off, they reach out to a list of staff who are trained in at the location for coverage. As an on-call staff, you can decide if you want to say yes!

As an On-Call Job Coach, your role is to provide hands‑on support and guidance that empowers participants to achieve their goals and enhance their independence with work activities. You’ll work closely with participants, the training team, and their families to create a vibrant, respectful, and safe learning environment.

• Support Participant Goals:
  Assist in implementing both formal and informal goals to help participants build skills and increase independence across a range of daily activities.
• Transportation:
  Transport participants to/from Achieve and/or to/from community job sites in a safe manner.
• Engage in Meaningful

  Facilitate engaging tasks and activities, ensuring participants are actively involved in functional and rewarding experiences throughout the day.
• Promote Independence:
  Help participants complete tasks in a way that encourages growth and greater self‑sufficiency.

  Be knowledgeable about in‑house jobs and support participants in completing tasks to a high standard.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment:
  Ensure that all program areas and workstations are kept clean, safe, and orderly.
• Accurate Data Collection:
  Record essential program data on a daily basis to track progress and outcomes.
• Foster Positive Relationships:
  Communicate effectively with staff, participants, families, and case managers to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the program’s success.
• Provide Assistance with Personal Care:
  Offer support to participants as needed with eating, mobility, and personal care tasks.
• Collaborative Teamwork:
  Work closely with staff, other agencies, and family members to provide seamless services and support.
• Safety First:
  Supervise participants throughout the day, ensuring their well‑being and safety in all activities.
