Description

Leidos is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join the Air Traffic Business Area within the Homeland Sector, supporting the development of next-generation flight service and air traffic systems. This work aligns with the FAA’s broader initiative to modernize legacy flight service capabilities, replacing aging infrastructure with scalable, cloud-based platforms designed to improve safety and operational efficiency—particularly in remote and high-dependency aviation environments.

These efforts focus on delivering mission-critical, future-ready solutions that provide safety-critical flight services to the pilot community.

As a member of a Scaled Agile software development organization, you will contribute to the technical execution of a program that integrates proven, globally deployed technologies with modern cloud-native capabilities. You will work alongside cross-functional teams and technical leaders to deliver predictable outcomes in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

In this position, you will serve as a Dev Sec Ops  Scrum Master, guiding Agile/SAFe processes while actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. You will foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and partner closely with the Product Owner, Systems Engineers, and development teams to align priorities and drive successful delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on coding experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Candidate must be able to obtain a favorable SF-85P Public Trust suitability determination from the FAA customer. Due to contract requirements, the position requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • Assist with deployment, diagnosis, and resolution of critical issues in lab and operational systems as required.
  • Collaborate with and mentor junior team members to meet sprint commitments and project milestones.
