Software Engineer II | Agile Environment
Are you a software engineer who enjoys building reliable applications, solving complex technical challenges, and working closely with a collaborative engineering team? We're partnering with an established organization seeking a Software Engineer II to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys ownership, values teamwork, and wants to have a direct impact on the products and systems they build while continuing to grow technically.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions throughout the SDLC.
- Build high-quality, maintainable applications that meet business and user requirements.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Enhance and refactor existing systems to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support critical business applications.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD processes, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews and help drive software quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in building scalable applications and continuously improving engineering practices.
