LS - Aviation Safety Site Trainer – Blaine, MN
Atlantic Aviation is looking for a self‑motivated, safety‑focused individual to serve as an Aviation Safety Site Trainer. The role trains employees on aircraft fueling, handling procedures, and safety practices in accordance with ATA 103 and company SOPs, evaluates new hires, conducts annual recurrent training, maintains training files, and oversees the site’s training and safety programs.

Compensation & SchedulePay: Up to $19–24 per hour
Schedule: Availability for any/all shifts, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duty.
- Maintain site practices and procedures that contribute to a safe, profitable, positive, and enjoyable work environment.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations by promoting safe work practices, decreasing safety violations, reducing injury rates, and working cooperatively to provide quality customer service.
- Train employees on fuel quality control and handling procedures.
- Be thoroughly familiar with spill‑reporting requirements and immediate action procedures.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and develop new hire employees in accordance with established procedures.
- Two (2) years of aircraft line service/fueling experience.
- Experience with aviation ground handling services (e.g., towing, marshaling).
- Must be NATA PLST‑certified and current (or equivalent).
- Must be qualified in all subjects covered by the Atlantic Training Plan, including aircraft towing procedures, fuel quality and handling, and safety practices.
- Must have completed a 10‑hour or 30‑hour OSHA “Industrial Safety” course.
- Valid state driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
- Demonstrated skill in supervising and developing staff.
- Good communication, written and oral, and organizational skills.
