Aviation Maintenance Technician

About the Opportunity:

We are a leader in aviation education and training, and we’re looking for an Aviation Maintenance Technician to support our fleet of Cessna piston aircraft used in FAA Part 61 flight training. In this role, you’ll help ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while contributing to a culture focused on innovation and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 61 and Part 91 regulations.
• Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and component changes.
• Manage work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and respond to maintenance discrepancies.
• Serve as a liaison with the FAA and report aircraft status to leadership.

• 1–3 years of general aviation maintenance experience.
• Current FAA A&P Certificate.
• Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and record-keeping systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and complete maintenance documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to pass a background check.
