SR Operations Supervisor

Location:

Blaine, MN Terminal

Shift: Tuesday–Saturday 2AM–12PM (flexible schedule required)
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 plus a 5–10% performance bonus

Hours:

average 50hours per week

• Experience managing a team, preferably in transportation operations.
• Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry.
• Prior dispatch or dock experience in LTL trucking.
• Strong leadership skills — hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• High aptitude for technology.
• Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work 50hours per week on any shift, including nights, weekends, and all weather conditions.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints in a high‑pressure environment with multiple priorities.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Oversee dock operations for your designated section of the terminal dock, including loading, forklift traffic management, and proper picking/sortation of palletized freight.
• Ensure proper loading of carriers by monitoring trailer cube and weight.
• Lead and hold a team of drivers, dock workers, and dock hands accountable.
• Monitor dock production, ensuring facility KPI goals are met or exceeded.
• Track hours and overtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards.
• Ensure compliance with company operational model.
• Support a culture of excellence in product quality for internal and external customers.
