Columbia Hospitality - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Supervises personnel employed in the Food and Beverage Department, primarily the bar area, including scheduling, training, and motivating employees daily;
Assists service team on the floor, takes and serves orders if necessary and assists with wine service;
Oversees daily operations of all F&B outlets;
Inventories supplies and beverages and maintains accurate inventory records monthly;
Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed
