Senior Management Consultants: Packaging and Deployment Strategy

App Strat is expanding. We are actively seeking highly experienced consulting leaders within niche areas. Applicants may be required to travel within the United States and globally per client need. Excellent communication skills are required (English; proficiency in French, Spanish, German, Japanese is a plus) and strong organizational skills are standard.

• Entertainment and Multi‑Media (Film/Television/Web content/Social media):
  Minimum 12 years experience in management and process improvement within entertainment and multi‑media production and technology with a proven track record of operational optimization and delivery. Work with major U.S. studios and global entertainment powerhouses.
• ERP and CRM:
  Minimum 12 years experience within enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management operations with a solid track record of system change management. Work experience in the United States and EMEA required.
• Packaging and Deployment Strategy:
  Minimum 12 years experience in packaging and deployment business assessments and strategic rollout. Worldwide rollout across regions with Fortune 50 companies required.

• Entertainment and Multi‑Media (Film/Television/Web content/Social media):
  Minimum 5 years experience in operations and solid understanding of modern‑day film/television/Web content/social media technologies. Ability to multi‑task and collaborate with client management and App Strat Senior Management Consultants on any implementation duties required per assessment.
• ERP and CRM (SAP, Pivotal):
  Minimum 5 years experience in SAP, Pivotal implementation and operational rollout across large enterprises. Ability to travel 50% of the year and work with multiple clients.
• Packaging and Deployment:
  Minimum 5 years experience in technology packaging and deployment. Experience across operating systems and architectures, multi‑instance installations and targeted rollouts to various global regions.

• Packaging and Deployment QA:
  Minimum 5 years experience in quality assurance and testing, specializing in packaging and deployment across Windows and Linux based server systems. Experience with large enterprises and complex deployment scenarios (over 10,000 client terminals) a must.
