Bakery Production Assistant

Our client, a food production facility in Blaine, WA, is seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to join their team. As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will be part of the bakery operations supporting production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start times may vary slightly)

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist in mixing doughs and batters for cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes

+ Decorate baked goods with icing, toppings, and packaging flair

+ Label and box finished products for shipment

+ Help restock ingredients and prep stations for the next shift

+ Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills

+ Willingness to learn and rotate through different bakery tasks

+ Dependable attendance and a positive, can-do mindset

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ No prior baking experience required; full training provided
