Production Assistant

Our client, a food production facility in Blaine, WA, is seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to join their team. As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will be part of the bakery operations supporting production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bakery Production Assistant

Location: Blaine, WA

Pay Range: 17.50

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start times may vary slightly)

What's the Job?

• Assist in mixing doughs and batters for cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes
• Decorate baked goods with icing, toppings, and packaging flair
• Label and box finished products for shipment
• Help restock ingredients and prep stations for the next shift
• Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills

• A team-first attitude and good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and rotate through different bakery tasks
• Dependable attendance and a positive, can-do mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• No prior baking experience required; full training provided
