A Washington healthcare practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team for a locum tenens assignment.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient medical setting
• Patients are aged 2 and up (mostly adults)
• Average volume of 12-15 patients per day
  • Charting:
    Epic

Cases and Procedures

• Med Surveillance Questionnaire review, physical exams/DOT, injury (initial) eval first aid/treatment

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday; (6:30-5:00)
  • No call

Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• BLS and DEA certifications required
• Washington medical license
• Minimum of 24 months of experience
