As a Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Blaine, WA. This role supports our Occupational Health line of service. Anticipated work schedule will be Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm and rotating Fridays, 8:00am-12:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays! The setting allows for more time providing quality care to patients.
Position is also eligible to receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice
- Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
- Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
- State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (list of eligible states and New York ROPES registration)
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (or transcript evidence if title does not contain Nursing)
- Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on scope of services - At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting

Premise provides a reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this position: $128,000 - $160,000 annually. Salary is influenced by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
