Columbia Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Greets each guest and educates them on course conditions, course rules and policies, and pace of play;
Maintains communications from the first tee with golf shop, cart staff and ranger;
Monitors first tee, tee off times, turn times and finish times; reporting irregularities and misuse of equipment and property;
Ensures equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced;
Possesses excellent verbal communication and people relations skills; able to remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations; understands pace of play, golf terminology and rules
