Site Manager

Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing operations on a daily basis to ensure work is getting done to the right quality standards.

• Monitors progress
• Ensure work compiles with legal requirements
• Establishes deadlines to have work completed
• Oversees daily operations and delivery of materials
• Carries out safety checks
• Approves project plans
  
  Adheres to departmental budget
• Resolves any problems that could hold up work
• Making safety inspections
• Works to grow the terminal
• must have a valid cdl

• High school diploma required; associates degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in a project-based work site
• Certified Construction Manager (CMM) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to plan work well
• Must have a valid CDL
