QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer to support Salesforce-focused testing efforts within a growing, fast-paced engineering environment. This individual will play a key role in regression testing, functional validation, and maintaining test quality across ongoing platform enhancements. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to step in quickly, understand the environment, and contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and regression testing across Salesforce applications
• Utilize Panaya for test management, regression tracking, and system updates
• Maintain and update regression test suites, including refreshes and enhancements as the platform evolves
• Support a mixed testing model:
• ~15–20% automation (focused on setup and expansion within Panaya)
• Majority manual testing in partnership with broader QA team
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with a team of ~12 QA partners and stakeholders to ensure coverage and quality across releases
• Contribute to improving testing processes and automation opportunities over time

6 month contract, extensions/FTE conversion possible Remote $45-$55/hour
