Bulk Loader – Blair, Nebraska

• Coordinate and schedule carriers weekly to meet customer service schedule deliveries
• Start-up, operate, control and monitor loading processes in the field and from the control room
• Exchange control findings with technician in the plant and the technician in the control room; execute specified control and operation actions
• Take truck samples to laboratory for analysis
• Solve non-routine problems with consequences for installations, processes, the environment and/or occupational health and safety and consult with supervisor/manager
• Transport raw and auxiliary materials to process equipment using forklift truck. Inspect incoming tanker trucks, give directions to drivers, unload bulk materials into storage tanks and enter receiving into SAP
• Process Bill of Ladings in SAP
• Keep unloading and storage systems in operational condition to achieve minimum loss of productivity and maximum availability
• Register data and hand over the production processes to ensure optimal progress
• Execute QESH standards per defined roles and responsibilities toensure personal and product safety and quality.
• Perform within the guidelines of all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Security measures, Housekeeping, Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP), all quality, regulatory, environmental, safety and health guidelines and regulations. These standards are used in all daily activities to ensure product safety and quality are in compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Mechanical skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while partnering with other departments toward a shared goal
• Safety hazard identification

• Bulk loaders are required to work outside of the plant, on an elevated surface, with some tasks taking place in an office environment.
• Bulk Loaders will work in an industrial environment and will have to wear the appropriate PPE including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, safety boots, chemical suits, face-shields, rubber gloves and uniform clothing.
• Temperature inside and outside the facility will range between
  -15°F and 120°F depending on location and the activities involved.

• Frequently traverse multiple plant levels via stairs
• Must be able to perform moderately heavy physical activity 25% of time and lift weight up to 50lbs
• Must be able to lift or pull heavy objects daily, in excess of 50lbs
• Long periods of sitting and computer monitor processing time, 25% of the time
• Prolonged Standing, 20% of the time
• Walk extensively, 25% of the time
• Kneel, repetitively
• Bend, repetitively
• Squat, repetitively
• Reach above and below the shoulders
