About the Role:
We’re looking for a curious, resourceful, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join Monark and Co. in supporting our co-founders and consultants across a range of fast-paced client work. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing and business operations within the consumer retail space — spanning fashion, beauty, wellness, and CPG. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities and play a key role in helping our team execute with excellence.

Responsibilities:

Support client and internal marketing initiatives across digital channels

Assist with email marketing campaign setup and testing (Klaviyo or similar)

Conduct competitive audits and brand analyses

Contribute to social media planning, content creation, and posting

Support light backend work in Shopify and/or web CMS tools

Collaborate with co-founders and consultants on client deliverables and strategy execution

Help track campaign performance and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Interest in digital marketing, consumer brands, and entrepreneurship

Some familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Google Suite, etc. (bonus, not required)

Creative thinker with a desire to grow in marketing and business strategy

Bonus if you have a knack for design, writing, or social content creation
