Overview

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. The role focuses on sharp observation and monitoring to detect threats. You will scan surveillance screens and respond to incidents to help maintain safety in various environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a state license if required
