What You'll Do:

• Perform inspections to identify roofing issues and assess repair needs
• Estimate repairs fairly and correctly
• Repair and replace damaged roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and membranes
• Locate and repair leaks and water damage
• Install flashing and sealants to prevent future leaks
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roof repair or related field
• Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
