The City of Blair is now accepting applications for Seasonal Lifeguards at the Blair Public Swimming Pool! If you enjoy working outdoors, keeping people safe, and being part of a great team, we want to hear from you! These positions are open until filled - don't miss your chance to make a splash this summer.

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Enforce pool rules and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, performing first aid, CPR, or water rescues as needed.
• Assist with daily pool maintenance, including cleaning and organizing pool areas.
• Support pool programs, special events, and swim lessons.

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Ability to pass all lifeguard certification tests - the City of Blair will pay for all required testing upon hire and successful completion of the certification process.
• Strong swimming skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude and great communication skills.

• The City will cover the cost of your lifeguard certification.
• Uniform reimbursement of up to $50 with proof of purchase once hired.

• The starting pay is $16.50/hour.
