Open and/or close the store as dictated by schedule;
Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of management, directing store team and adhering to policies;
Oversee receiving of merchandise and store opening/closing processes, cash register transactions, daily cash reconciliation, and inventory control;
Resolve and/or report issues pertaining to the shift (employee, customer, product);
Enforce safety policies and serve as a safety role model
