Hello, I'm Hannah, the Nursery Manager  over 20 years, our beautiful farmhouse nursery—nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty—has been dedicated to supporting individual learning through purposeful play. Our large outdoor space encourages creativity, exploratory play, and independent learning every day.

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keeping our children safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions
• Bonding with children and families by engaging in meaningful moments

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children, and an aptitude for learning
• Minimum requirements:
  
  English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above, OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above
• Able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme
• Patient and friendly
• Maximum of 40‑minute drive by either car or public transport
• Consent provided to share information with the employer for grade confirmation

• A true love for child development and care
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Effective communication with management, peers, and parents
• High levels of care and empathy to turn every opportunity into a learning moment
