We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Plumber Multi Trade to provide a maintenance service on void MOD properties. You will be working on jobs in Dorset and covering the local area mainly Bovindon, Blandford and Poole.

40 hours per week
Van and fuel card included
Annual salary £34-36,000
This role is 13 weeks temp to perm and can be paid CIS or PAYE during temp period.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

Responsive work in void MOD properties
Completing a variety of works in various trades
Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc
Getting property ready for the next tenant
Some responsive maintenance as well as the void work
Reporting progress to your supervisor
Driving a company van safely and responsibly

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

Good multi-trade experience
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Ideally social housing/ MOD experience

The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with skills in all trades with a bias towards plumbing to use that knowledge in the Dorset and surrounding area with a busy and well liked contractor.
