I am currently recruiting for a Skilled, Experienced and Qualified Electrician in Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury.
The Role:Permanent position
- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
- Repair and maintain occupied properties
- Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
- Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
- Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license (manual)
- Be able to pass a basic DBS check
- £40,000 a year basic salary
- Free on site parking
- Company van and fuel card provided for you
- Company benefits including pension
- Updated CV
- Qualifications (Must have NVQ3 with AM2, 18th edition and 2391 test and inspection certs)
- For interview stages the following will be needed for compliance:
- Passport and NI number
- Driving License
- Passport
