ITS Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced Wet Trade Multi Trader to join their Milton Keynes team on a long-term social housing contract. You will carry out planned wet trade repairs and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties, ensuring high quality finishes.
Responsibilities include plastering, tiling, basic carpentry and minor plumbing, while maintaining safety and customer service.
