Position: DISPATCH CLERK & DISPATCH ASSISTANT
  • Invoicing of sales orders
  • Creating of purchase orders
  • Completing GRV`s
  • Filing on a daily basis
  • General dispatching work
  • Checking of stock before vehicles exit the premises
  • Monthly stock takes
  • Candidate will be required to work over time

Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12
  • Critical thinker
  • Problem solver
  • Computer literate
  • Excel Skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sage is an advantage
  • Logistical background is an advantage
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00 (But can be later depending on trucks planned).
  • Weekends on rotational basis: 8:00 – 12:00 and once a month for stock take.
