Responsibilities
- Use company cars to run errands, deliver documents, and pick up supplies, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel as required.
- Storeroom management:
Maintain an organized and tidy storeroom, manage inventory, track stock levels, and request reorder supplies as necessary. - Administrative assistance:
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents, assist with data capturing, and maintain accurate records. - Office maintenance:
Water office plants and maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the office environment is conducive to productivity and well-being. - Coffee Station:
Ensure the cleanliness of the coffee station and report on stock levels every week, and request a reorder of supplies if needed. - General office support:
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked. - Database hygiene: clean up databases to adhere to company standard
