Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary in Bloemfontein with sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures and legal administration. This role is ideal for a professional who is confident managing conveyancing matters, preparing legal documentation and providing efficient administrative support within a fast-paced legal environment.

Minimum requirements- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience as a conveyancing and deeds
- Experience with bonds (FNB / Standard bank preferably) and estate transports (advantageous)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, write and read)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Lexis Convey. AJS and E4 will be advantageous
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (advantageous)
OR reliable transport - Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict deadlines
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and processes
- Excellent knowledge of property transfers and related documentation
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of legal terminology and documentation
- Strong typing and document preparation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable and client-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Manage and maintain conveyancing files
- Prepare transfer and bond documents documents and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, banks, estate agents and the Deeds Office
- Follow up on outstanding documents and transactions
- Assist with FICA, transfers and bond documentation
- Keep clients updated on transfer progress
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Schedule appointments and manage correspondence
- Ensure deadlines are met and information remains confidential
R 15 000 - R 22 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
Work hoursMonday - Thursday: 08h00 - 16h30
Friday: 08h00 - 16h00
