The Senior Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth, market share expansion, and profitability across GY Korea’s portfolio of products and services within the assigned region. This role is responsible for leading and executing regional programs and activities, monitoring sales performance and GTN effectiveness, and facilitating monthly sales meetings to align on strategy and results. You will also coach and support the sales team to achieve volume and margin targets, contributing to overall top- and bottom-line financial performance.
WhatYou'll Do
You will plan, implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance in achieving financial objectives, including unit targets and GP amount.
You will develop short- and long-term channel strategies and programs aligned with the company’s business direction, objectives, and overall strategy.
You will manage GP by product and channel mix, including GTN and pricing, while driving volume growth through new customer development, successful new product launches, and effective price and volume management initiatives.
You will create and deliver compelling customer value propositions through business consulting, training, sales strategies, marketing programs, and consumer claim handling, while working with dealers to develop sub-dealers by deploying best business practices and integrating them into key customer plans.
You will coach and support other sales managers, while representing the sales team to the Market Director and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the tire industry.
You have a proven track record of consistently delivering strong business results.
You demonstrate strong financial and business acumen.
You have solid experience in Key Account Management.
You possess in-depth knowledge of the tire industry, with a strong understanding of channel dynamics, market trends, and consumer needs.
You possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
You demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
You are skilled in business case preparation and strategic planning.
You have strong people management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and influence others.
