• Supervise and coordinate the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all details align with client agreements.
• Lead, train, and motivate catering staff, assigning tasks and providing clear direction to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality standards, presentation guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
• Manage event inventory, including proper handling, storage, and return of equipment and supplies.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and venue staff during events, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, enforcing all health and safety regulations among the team.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of event operations, food and beverage service, and customer relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
