Execute a branch strategy aligned to national Saint‑Gobain commercial priorities, ensuring year‑on‑year revenue and margin growth.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership channels to expand the branch’s commercial footprint in the region
Drive a superior customer experience by embedding customer‑centric service standards across all branch operations
Act as escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and retention of key accounts
Drive activities between sales, technical, and operational functions such as central production; TOPS; procurement, to optimise product availability, delivery performance, and logistics efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements
Foster a positive culture that promotes safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
Ensure the branch operates fully within Saint‑Gobain policies, SHE standards, local regulations, and audit requirements
Oversee accurate generation of finance, operational, and commercial reports to monitor performance and proactively address deviation.
Present monthly branch performance insights to senior management with clear action plans for improvements
Is this job for you ?This role requires someone with a Matric plus Degree / Dip in Marketing/ Sales, or Supply chain or relevant qualification. At least 5 years work experience with 2 years leadership experience as a customer facing/Management role. Computer skills on MS office, SAP experience, ACCPAC or similar ERP system. Your excellent communication Skills and conflict resolution will set you apart.
