About the Position

We are seeking motivated, performance-driven Business Finance Sales Agents to source and submit funding applications for SMEs across South Africa.

This is a fully commission-based independent contractor role, ideal for experienced sales professionals who are confident in generating and closing their own deals.

You will be responsible for identifying businesses in need of funding, assisting them with the application process, and guiding them through to disbursement.

There is no earning cap.

Commission & Payment Structure

Application Fee:

  • R350 per completed and compliant application submitted

Disbursement Commission:

  • 1% of the total credit amount successfully disbursed

Examples:

  • R100,000 disbursed = R1,000 commission
  • R1,000,000 disbursed = R10,000 commission
  • R10,000,000 disbursed = R100,000 commission

Payment

Terms:

  • Commission is paid only on successfully disbursed funds
  • No commission is paid on declined or cancelled applications
  • Payments are processed after confirmation of disbursement
  • Application fees are paid on fully completed and compliant submissions
Key Responsibilities
  • Source SMEs requiring business funding
  • Assist clients with completing finance applications
  • Submit accurate and compliant documentation
  • Maintain professional client communication
  • Follow up through approval and disbursement stages
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (finance/lending experience advantageous)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to source own leads (advantageous)
  • Existing SME network (beneficial)
  • Professional work ethic
