Event Sales Executive

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and target-driven Event Sales Executive to spearhead sales efforts for their premier event venues in Bloemfontein . You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and conferences. This role demands a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the events industry.

You will play a vital role in driving revenue and ensuring the venue is a preferred choice for event planners in the Free State region.

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the corporate and private event markets.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable event bookings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for event bookings and revenue.

• Proven track record in sales, particularly within the hospitality or events industry.
