CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Handy Man in Bloemfontein to perform general maintenance across client sites. The role requires reliable, detail‑oriented individuals who can work independently and support a small on‑site team while following health, safety and operational procedures.
Responsibilities include on‑site repairs, daily reporting, and coordinating with specialist teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in facilities maintenance and a trade certificate is advantageous.
