Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF
4. - Trade Test Certificate. (NOT OPTIONAL).
- 3 years post trade experience.
- Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Daily routine Inspections, repairs and maintenance of machinery.
- Perform scheduled routine preventative maintenance services.
- Diagnose root cause of mechanical malfunctions and repairs.
- Stock control of parts required for maintenance and reporting of low levels to the Maintenance Manager.
- Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
- High-Tech Aptitude
- Fault finding
- Time Management
- Coping with pressure
- Manual dexterity
