Field Service Technician - Telecom

Our client is seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician specializing in telecommunications to join their team in Bloemfontein . You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of telecommunications equipment and systems at customer sites. This hands-on role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. • Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment, including modems, routers, switches, and VoIP systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues affecting telecommunications services.
• Respond to service calls and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role within telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, hardware, and software.
